There are things in life that become obsessions. Most of them are harmless, at least that's what I like to tell myself about buying lipsticks, that it's better than being addicted to, let's say gadgets. That would be far less useful and much more expensive.
I didn't ponder too much about this lipstick, I am pretty sure I spotted it after I got this one and I didn't have to take a few days to consider it, I bought it on the spot. And I am so glad I did, it's great, it has amazing color pay off and brightens and boldens everything in just the right amount.
My passion for orange reds did not stop there, and I found that this particular lipstick works and looks best layered over a couple of coats of the Bourjois Edition Velvet in Hot Pepper, which I bought not too long after this one, and has proven one of the best combinations ever in terms of longevity.
There's nothing really that I can find wrong with this lipstick - the packaging looks and feels great, it has a slight vanilla scent that's not too strong or too fake, it's so very, very cool, Calvin Klein cool.
